Here's a recipe for a quick and delicious honey garlic glazed salmon:

Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Salmon:
   - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

2. Cook the Salmon:
   - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
   - Add the salmon fillets, skin side down if they have skin, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they have a nice sear. If your fillets don't have skin, cook on one side for 3-4 minutes.

3. Make the Honey Garlic Glaze:
   - While the salmon is cooking, in a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger (if using).

4. Flip and Glaze:
   - Flip the salmon fillets over using a spatula.
   - Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon.

5. Finish Cooking:
   - Continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the glaze has thickened slightly. The salmon should easily flake with a fork when done.

6. Garnish and Serve:
   - If desired, garnish the salmon with chopped fresh parsley or green onions.
   - Serve the honey garlic glazed salmon hot, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.

This recipe is not only quick to make but also packed with flavor. It's a perfect option for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion meal. Enjoy your honey garlic glazed salmon!
